廣深港高速鐵路行走香港西九龍至廣州石壁，全程140公里，車程48分鐘，中途站設於福田、龍華和虎門。香港段由西九龍至落馬洲，全長26公里，造價669億元，最高時速200公里，即高速鐵路定義中最低平均時速；途經西九龍填海區（油麻地、大角咀、南昌）、葵涌、尖山、金山、大帽山、石崗、八鄉、雞公嶺、牛潭尾、米埔的地底，預計2015年建成通車。香港段是全長16,000公里的國家高速鐵路網的其中一段。2010年1月15日立法會財務委員會第3度開會審議高鐵撥款，支持和反對人士在立法會大樓外集會。 |

Hong Kong Section of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link will provide frequent services from a new terminus at West Kowloon in Hong Kong to Shibi in Guangzhou, via Futian and Longhua in Shenzhen and Humen in Dongguan. The link will connect to the national express rail network which will provide long haul services to other major cities in the Mainland. It is expected the Express Rail Link will be completed in 2015. |
