Team spirit rules

I'm perhaps too lazy to write, even my own journal, my own journal! Perhaps I'm too timid to speak up my mind, to express my views, especially towards my friends, my colleagues, and myself!
Anyway, who will peek on this? This virtually unknown website, and this virtually invisible person on this most hateful world. The world that is full of ironies, full of quandaries and full of unjust.
No one is an isolated island. We have families, friends, associates, etc. We belong to our families, our companies, our associations, etc. We are always members of some organizations, where is the self? Where and who am I? The truth is that reality could be very harsh that once we are part of a team, or part of an association or an organization, we are not ourselves.
Someone may be unsatisfactory about his or her status quo. They may believe they should deserve better, should be placed in a more senior position, or should be much well off than the others. They may believe that they are more capable than their superiors are. They are simply unfortunate!
Nonetheless, the fact is that most of these people do not take their roles and duties seriously. They dare not to observe rules and regulations and become cynicism. What's worse, they do not know their jobs and duties; and they do not even know they're important.
Whatever position you are, you must take your jobs, duties, and responsibilities with utmost effort, take and know you're responsible. Your acts and works not only your acts and works, but also affect the others, especially your team members.
Be responsible and be accountable, as you are all grown-up. As I am in the media industry, I would not hesitate to take it as an example.
In any media institutions, they have their own editorial styles. The house style may not be better than individual writer or reporter's own style. The point is that: you are a member of a team, team spirit rules!
However, to observe these house styles do not mean you are inferior or incapable. On the contrary, unable or unwilling to observe house style do reflect that individual person's weakness, incapable, irresponsible and lack of discipline; or simple showing the immaturity of such individual!
To be a black sheep, you simply create extra headaches for the others. So, be considerate and be responsible, don't be a black sheep!
Whatever positions you is, take up your responsibility. We are all grown up and should be able to be accountable. Do not behave immaturity. There are matters more important than a self is.
This, however, does not mean one does not maintain ones own characters or manners. As a part of a team, the team is more important than individual. Do remember this: the whole is more than the sum!
As a member of a team, be responsible to the whole team! A cog is not just a cog but also the cog that keeps the machine running!
